Ingredients
- 2 good handfuls of frozen berries
- 35 g of spinach
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 banana
- 3tbsp oats
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp hemp powder
- 2 pitted medjool dates (optional)
